I had a rough day and was in a terrible mood after a long, difficult flight, so I didn’t expect much from this hotel. But everything turned out completely different. The location, service, cleanliness, food, and reasonable price – everything was just perfect. I just want to thank you for your excellent work and attention to detail. This is such a great place, and I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip!
Room is spacious and with mini bar. Gave it a 4 ⭐ due to small shower room. Restroom size is ok. This hotel is one of the most decent I’ve been in Earl’s Court. The staff are polite. On my 2nd day, I didn’t want my room to be tidied up as I want to save on towels being replaced. They tidied it up to my pleasant surprise! The location is a few meters away from Earl’s Court tube. Along the way, there are plenty of bars, restaurants and coffee shops to choose from so getting a pint, a food or a cup of tea is the least of my worries. The huge road sign is where the main entrance door at, just in case it’s your first time to come here. Took some snaps for your reference.
I spent 2 nights at this wonderful hotel. It was a really great stay. Very clean and stylish looking hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the customer service was fabulous! Sonia at the front desk was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend staying here.
After a 28hr trip from Aus. we were needing a quiet room to 'crash'. We certainly got that, along with an excellent check in. The room was reasonably spacious and the breakfast excellent. The location is superb. We would stay here again.
